Compensation : $130,000.00-$160,000.00 per year

Job Overview :
This position will be a part of the product marketing team. This team manages the marketing of Invicro’s full menu of services and related programs.
As a Sr. Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategy, as well as building and executing key marketing programs that drive revenue and growth for the Invicro portfolio, focusing on neuroscience imaging solutions for preclinical, early phase and late phase clinical studies.
You will leverage and promote Invicro’s unique capabilities that span in vitro assays to in vivo imaging using PET, SPECT and MRI imaging biomarkers in CNS drug development and CNS clinical trials.
Although you will not have direct reports, you will also be expected to influence others around you and help instill best practices into all areas of marketing.
This role will interface with numerous functional areas including Business Development, Digital and Design Team, R&D, Clinical & Regulatory Affairs, Legal and Compliance.
Essential Job Functions :
- Develops and manages all aspects of marketing strategy, campaign, and tactical plan development for portfolio
- Guides development and execution of appropriate sales tools, collateral, web content, and top line mass communication content based on specific audience type and goals of initiative
- Leverages market research, voice of customer insights and marketing program data to build and manage product marketing program plans
- Liaises with internal and external stakeholders to better understand customer / market needs, coordinates feedback with commercial teams and marketing partners
- Tracks and understands competitive landscape, market drivers and trends
- Communicates with Sr. Leadership team on marketing program performance and / or market changes
- Partners with tradeshow strategy manager to identify and plan for relevant industry tradeshows
- Creates clear performance metrics to measure effectiveness of marketing efforts
- Collaborates with commercial leadership to provide training in messaging and promotional collateral, to ensure effective communication of core messaging in the field
- Supports planning and attends relevant national and regional conferences
- Acts as internal and external champion for Invicro services
- Ensures work is performed in compliance with company policies including privacy, HIPAA and other regulatory, legal, and safety requirements
Education and Knowledge :
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in marketing within the life sciences / biotech / pharma industry
- Understanding of pharmaceutical research, development, and clinical trials process
Technical Competencies :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite : Word / Excel / Power Point
- Polished and engaging presenter to ensure messaging and value proposition is clear and understandable to target audience
- Willing to travel for tradeshows, corporate and client meetings
Experience :
- 5-7+ years of experience in a regional marketing, product marketing and / or product management role
- Experience in a contract research organization (CRO) a plus
