Senior Manager, Workday Reporting & Analytics - PVH Corp.

OVERVIEW :

A Senior Manager of Workday Reporting & Analytics is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards within Workday.

This role requires business stakeholder management, technical expertise in Workday reporting and Prism Analytics tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that are user-friendly and drive effective decision-making and self-service.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB :

Strategy & Operations : Act as a strategic thought partner, collaborate, and lead discussions across the enterprise including HR COEs by providing insights and recommendations on reporting and analytics requirements and capabilities.

Mentoring & Leadership : Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of junior Workday Report Developers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.

Project Management : Manage the full lifecycle of reporting and dashboard projects, from requirements gathering and scoping to development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Report & Dashboard Development : Develop, design, and maintain complex Workday reports and dashboards, including calculated fields, Discovery Boards, Workday slides, worksheets, report groups, composite reports, custom objects, and report drilling.

Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to present data insights in a meaningful and easily understandable manner.

Data Preparation : Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Workday Prism Analytics, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency

Data Governance : Establish and maintain data governance processes and standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and data security within the Workday Prism platform.

Collaborate with data owners, data management lead, data council, and stakeholders to define data quality and data security rules and monitor compliance.

Training and Enablement : Provide training and support to team members and end-users on Workday reporting tools, techniques, and best practices to promote self-service reporting capabilities and empower users to leverage data effectively.

Technical Expertise : Maintain a deep understanding of Workday reporting and data visualization capabilities, data structures, and integration points, staying updated on platform enhancements and new features to drive innovation and efficiency.

Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting & data visualization capabilities, streamline processes, and optimize performance, leveraging data analytics and user feedback to identify areas for enhancement.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :

Experience :

8+ years’ experience as a report writer and dashboard developer or similar role, with a strong focus on Workday reporting and analytics.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.

Qualifications :

Strong knowledge of Workday reporting and Prism Analytics tools, including Workday Report Writer, Workday Slides, Composite Reports, and Discovery Board

Understanding of data governance and data security in Prism

Knowledge of HR processes and data within Workday.

Proficiency in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data modeling concepts.

Strong proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and dashboard design principles.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Proven track record of leading successful reporting projects from concept to delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Experience with on-prem and cloud-based data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, and Databricks

Knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and Workday Prism data warehouse.

Pay Range : $145,000 - $165,000PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements.

These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting.

Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
