- We are currently looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care to our esteemed home health clients.
- Requirements :
- Previous experience in home health care.
- Access to reliable transportation for patient visits in the Denver Metro area.
- Proficiency in electronic charting using designated applications.
- Proficient in intravenous (IV) therapy.
- Skilled in wound care management.
- Ability to perform catheter changes, including suprapubic and Foley catheters.
- Competency in administering various injections, such as insulin and B12.
- Expected to conduct around 30-36 visits per week, averaging about 20 minutes per visit.
