Position : Recruiting (Full Time / Part Time)

Compensation : Hourly rate.

Location : Multiple locations in SE Michigan

Responsibilities : As a Recruiting Coordinator, your primary responsibilities are to support Branch Operations staff with administrative tasks.

You will play a crucial role in the hiring process, acting as the bridge between candidates and recruiters and contributing to the efficient recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

Here’s what you’ll be doing :

• Greeting Candidates :
• Managing front desk and walk in traffic.
• Answering questions and handling incoming calls.
• Screening and Selection :
• Reviewing resumes and job applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
• Scheduling interviews and creating a list of potential hires.
• Onboarding Support :
• Assisting new hires through the company’s onboarding process.
• Ensuring a smooth transition for employees joining the organization.

• Technology Proficiency :
• Applicant Tracking Systems (Avionte) familiarity
• Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter) familiarity
• Experience with Google, Microsoft Office
• Experience : Previous customer service or office administration preferred.
• Certifications : None required.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish / English) is preferred but not required.
