Process Improvement Coordinator

LCRA is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to coordinate and lead process improvement efforts across our Transmission teams.

We are one of the leading Transmission utilities in the state of Texas, and this role will coordinate efforts that support our culture of continuous improvement.

You will have the opportunity to work with staff from across all of LCRA, including senior management, and to lead efforts that will make a difference every day.

You will be trusted to :

  • Leads and coordinates process improvement efforts across a large and diverse transmission utility.
  • Leads efforts to incorporate standard methodologies for process improvement across the organization.
  • Maintains, and monitors the implementation of, the technology roadmap.
  • Develops positive relationships across LCRA to yield effective business partnerships and deliver results.
  • Researches and works to resolve complex business and process issues in collaboration with subject matter experts from other groups.

You qualify with :

Twelve or more years of experience in process improvement or experience relating to the area of specialization required to perform the job, including three or more years of experience in process improvement.

A degree(s) in business, accounting, economics, engineering, project management, information technology or operations management or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.

You are a great fit with :

  • Six Sigma or other relevant process improvement certification(s)
  • Experience in a Transmission & Distribution or similar utility
  • Project management experience
  • Experience coordinating and working with cross-functional teams without direct supervisor responsibility

Competitive pay range :

$116,100 - $141,800 per (hour / year)

This pay range represents a general target and is not reflective of the full pay range. Offers to selected candidates are contingent upon various factors such as skills, experience and education.
