Adapt of Illinois, a progressive social services agency, seeks a motivated mental health professional to work in a rehabilitative setting in Rockford, IL.
This position involves providing recovery-based services to adults with chronic and severe mental illness.
- Responsibilities : *
- Advocating for the needs of an underserved population
- Conducting individual and group services to assist clients in achieving recovery goals
- Facilitating community placement and fulfilling other case management duties
- Documenting all clinical services provided
- Qualifications / Requirements : *
- Master’s degree required (must be in human services field with at least 1000 hours of internship experience or 1 year of relevant work experience)
- Strong computer, writing, and time management skills
- Ability to work four 10-hour days per week including rotating weekends and holidays
- An interest in working in a team environment where clinical skill development is valued
- A strong desire to help individuals with mental illness recover lost skills and reduce stigma

Starting hourly pay of $25.50 ($53,040) commensurate with experience
