Job Summary
Responsible for a wide range of forecasting, planning, and communication procedures for the improvement of sales volume and trends and attaining long-term financial objectives;
maintain procedures for achieving market level forecasting of targets and fill rates; ensure orders are accurately scheduled for production and fulfillment.
Develop, integrate, and provide accounted brand-specific forecasts for internal sales and operations planning which includes replenishment data, point-of sale data, sales promotion information, marketing plans, manufacturing capacity, and new distribution / product deletions.
Assist in the improvement of demand forecasting accuracy for internal and external customers including determining the appropriate algorithm for statistical forecasts.
Maintain and manage product history, accurate forecasting, and promotional demand. Analyze internal demand stream information and categorizes according to demand patterns.
Align sales / marketing intelligence for each operating unit for use in forecast systems, working with sales organization(s), national sales accounts, marketing, research and development, and related forecasting and planning groups.
Essential Job Functions
Under direct supervision :
- Responsible for the market level forecasting of targets and fill rate achievement
- Assist with maximizing account sales and inventory turns by forecasting consumer demand and developing optimal product assortments and replenishment inventory strategies.
Skills for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field
- One year of experience preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills

Hiring Range :
$60,000.00 USD - $75,000.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
