Quality Improvement Specialist (299875)

Schedule : FTE 1.0, Day

The Quality Improvement Specialist performs functions that support the hospital and medical staff to continually improve patient care, reduces risk, and provide excellent customer service.

This position provides support, facilitation, and coordination to support clinical and process improvements throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree. Or equivalent educ / experience.

Actively enrolled in Bachelor's Education Program.

upon hire : Washington Registered Nurse License.

5 years Experience within an acute care hospital setting.

Preferred Qualifications :

Master's Degree

Experience with process improvement theories and methods, adult learning principles, and data analysis methods.
