  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in product management with data or Machine Learning products.
  • Experience driving elements of the product development life-cycle such as product proposal, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, supporting execution, product launch, and driving adoption.
  • Experience working on safety, privacy, or regulatory compliance solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with data science / engineering teams.
  • Experience with ML infrastructure, advocating for use cases, and growing its adoption.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with foundation modeling and product teams to understand workflows for model training / tuning, data quality analysis, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Data Science team to design processes and infrastructure solutions that enable Generative AI teams to streamline Quality flows.
  • Develop paths to production for data quality and optimization research that will benefit Google at scale.
  • Author product strategy for the broader Data and Model Quality infrastructure space, and define KRs at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Drive prioritization of impact initiatives based on customer needs and market trends, and influence to secure resources.
