We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the care of patients undergoing dialysis treatment and provide support to the healthcare team.
Responsibilities include preparing the dialysis equipment, monitoring patients during treatment, and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients throughout the process.
The Dialysis Technician will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records, following protocols for infection control, and communicating effectively with patients and their families.
This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Experience in dialysis or a related field is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a genuine passion for patient care and a commitment to learning.
