Key Responsibilities :
- Precision Data Processing : Review and process survey data, perform accurate calculations, and execute precise conversions.
- Boundary Expertise : Recreate parcel boundaries with meticulous attention to detail.
- Alignment Development : Create roadway alignments and Right of Ways from record documents.
- Topographic Surveys : Conduct comprehensive topographic surveys to ensure high-quality results.
Required Skills :
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Extensive experience in reviewing and processing survey data.
- Demonstrated expertise in recreating parcel boundaries.
- Solid understanding of roadway alignments and Right of Ways.
- Proven ability to conduct and interpret topographic surveys.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with MicroStation.
- Knowledge and experience in laser scanning techniques.
- Certified Survey Technician (CST) certification.
