WORK OBJECTIVE
Salary is based on experience and / or qualifications, and is subject to negotiation Provides professional, technical and analytical systems support to all City departments in the administration of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and general business applications.
Performs business analyses and project management work facilitating a wide variety of technology projects in various phases of implementation.
Work is performed independently under limited supervision with moderate latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field; supplemented by (2) two or more years’ progressively responsible recent experience in developing, integrating, implementing, analyzing, and maintaining information technologies, cloud-based systems and / or mobile applications, preferably in a governmental or similar institutional environment;
or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training and / or experience.
Must have National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification (level to be determined by job classification requirements), or obtain within one year of employment.
Must have a valid Florida driver’s license with satisfactory driving record throughout employment.
In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications listed above, an individual must be able to perform each of the established essential functions in order to perform this job successfully.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Applicants who demonstrate they meet the minimum requirements may be subject to an extensive selection process and screening program, which may include, but not be limited to, evaluation of training and experience background investigation;
