LPNs at Phoebe Richland provide individualized personal care to residents according to the resident's care plans including feeding, oral care, bathing, dressing, compression stockings, catheter care, ostomy care, splint / brace care, taking vital signs assigned by charge nurse, encouraging participation in restorative programs, and following behavior plans.

Requirements for an LPN with Phoebe Richland :
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families and co-workers.
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing; current Pennsylvania license to practice as an LPN.
- Current CPR license
