Lead Technician Automotive Repair : We are looking for a Lead Technician who is energetic, upbeat, and has a positive attitude.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for their work and a focus on making sure cars are fixed right the first time.

Must be able to work under pressure & multi-task. We are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis and repair utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and / or years of automotive repair experience.

As the Lead Technician you would be knowledgeable in all aspects of Automotive repair.

As the Lead Technician, you’ll be exposed to and have responsibility for performing a wide range of diagnostics, repairs and maintenance, including :

  • Engine Diagnostics and Repair
  • Heating and Cooling Diagnostics
  • Steering and Suspension Diagnostics
  • AC Diagnostics and Repair
  • Battery, Charging and Electrical Diagnostics and Repair
  • Brakes and Brake Diagnostics and Repair
  • Provide Quality Courtesy Checks
  • Oil Change / Factory Schedule Maintenance
  • Belts and hoses
  • Radiator and engine cooling systems

Qualifications

  • Ideal Candidate has minimum of 5 years of experience
  • ASE Certifications preferred not required
  • Ability to repair vehicles, while also having experience working well in a team environment
  • Ability to help teach other technicians automotive repairs at times
  • Knowledge in automotive brakes, exhaust, suspension, & engine diagnostics
  • Track record of high personal productivity
  • Knowledge of, and adherence to, safety and environmental standards for repair facilities
  • Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, scan tools, online programs / forums
  • High School Diploma or equivalent - technical degree a definite plus
  • State-specific auto repair certifications
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Own tools / equipment (diagnostic scanner / tools preferred also)
  • Able to service both foreign and domestic vehicles
  • Pay DOE and will be talked about during interview
