As a(n) Process Specialist you will :

Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Conduct process simulations and perform data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless process integration.
• Design and implement process control systems to monitor the process and ensure the target was achieved.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime and improve yield.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all process activities.
• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Inspecting and ensuring the normal operation of equipment and process in our solar panel module manufacturing facility
• Developing and providing training on manufacturing work instructions and procedures
• Addressing and proposing solutions for various accidents and issues that may arise during the production process
• Making and maintaining daily operation and maintenance records of relevant systems
• Following work arrangements, rules, and processes, as well as safety and conduct policies
• Completing other work and tasks assigned by the supervisor or management
• Cooperating with the engineer to provide on-site guidance for special operations
• Performing other duties and special projects as needed
• Joining a training program in South East Asia and China (may be required)

QUALIFICATIONS

• An associate degree or above in a related field, such as industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering
• At least 2 years of relevant practical work experience, preferably in solar modules or semiconductors
• Skillful use of computer office software and AUTOCAD software
• Dedication, hard work, reliability, and adaptability to shifts and pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

OTHER PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Been able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Been able to communicate verbally efficiently.
• Sedentary work. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and / or fingers.
• The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as : preparing and analyzing data and figures;

transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range* : $65,000-$80,000 per year

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
