Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for a Master Scheduler to support the Master Scheduling process for our largest divisions in Headquarter, Milpitas.
This role requires a strong analytical attitude, a combination of business savvy, robust business partnership skill, and rich knowledge of manufacturing operations process / master scheduling to support our ramp in business.

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for proactive master production schedule planning which aligns with our factory capacity, material availability, customers’ expectation, and financial goals
- Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Engineering to optimize our slot plan efficiency and reliability;
be able to understand constraints / limitation and constantly provide strategic proposal to Manufacturing Operations executives
- Outstanding presentation skill as this role requires to lead weekly GM meeting & Operations meetings to supervise the status of production and strategize for success
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure our business is positioned for long term success
- All other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications :
- Hands on knowledge in SAP and Power BI
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications :
- 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Master Scheduling, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, or with confirmed experience in Supply Chain
- Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools (MS Excel, Tableau)
- Teammate with a positive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and analytical attitude
- Relentless work hard : Willing go above and beyond to deliver results
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to distill large amounts of data into coherent summarized written and oral presentations with appropriate context
- Able to build and maintain positive relationships with peers and cross functional teams, multi-task and drive actions to completion under deadlines
- Able to work under limited supervision; previous mentor experience is preferred
