Schedule : Monday - Friday

Salary : $125 - $150K

Hybrid : In-office and In-field with customers

Schedule : Full-time w / business travel / events after hours and weekends

The Position.

Concentric Educational Solutions’ Executive Leadership Team is searching for an experienced K-12 educational and business leader to guide a national team of customer success professionals responsible for leading every customer in the implementation of the product portfolio to realize the full value of their solutions, ultimately driving increased engagement, higher retention, and revenue growth across the business portfolio.

The Role.

The Vice President, District Partner Success, will partner and provide thought-leadership to leading district stakeholders across the U.

S. This role will partner with cross-functional internal teams and leaders to represent the customer voice to provide guidance on business prioritization and strategy to meet annual financial and engagement targets.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect and empower a team of regional directors who plan and direct all aspects of the team’s book of business, including but not limited to account strategies, escalations, objectives, and initiatives in alignment with Concentric Educational Solution’s Partner Success organization and methodologies.
  • Empower team leaders to effectively hire, train, and coach the team, such that they consistently set a standard for the experience they give their customers, are fulfilled by their work, and have a deep understanding and plan for their careers.
  • Partner with other senior leaders across the organization to identify and provide thoughtful solutions to opportunities and challenges on behalf of K-12 partners and the company.
  • Represent Concentric Educational Solution’s as a thought-partner and leader at local, state, and national events with and on behalf of the Partner Success Team.
  • Synthesize and present the customer voice in a clear and actionable way to advise prioritization and focus for cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and report on insights and strategies to support renewal pipeline, accurately forecast toward financial targets, engage with customers, and deliver on maintaining customer health.
  • Work closely with Partnership and Partner Operations leaders to identify trends and uncover opportunities for refined or new engagements.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement on the professional development of the team on industry trends, engagement methodology, and financial deal strategies.
  • Develop overall strategic plan to ensure the immediate and long-term success of the team in achieving retention and growth goals.

The Partner Success organization is responsible for the entire domestic book of business from partner onboarding and account management through renewal and upsell.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a growth mindset, a passion for K-12, and a skill set aligned to the customer success role.

You will be measured by your ability to retain and grow revenue and quota attainment in complex, solutions sales (products and services) selling involving multi-level decision makers.

Experience and success in K-12 education and EdTech are expected.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Passionate about Concentric Educational Solution’s vision to support students, families, and schools by identifying barriers that negatively impact education and providing resources and services to improve student outcomes.
  • Enthusiastic about technology with proven technical aptitude; Experience in education or ed-tech industry a plus.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication as well as strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate goals, needs, successes, and opportunities for growth to direct reports, peers, and leadership.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership; strong work ethic driven by a sense of urgency, flawless organizational skills, and ability to inspire others to act and fulfill Concentric Educational Solution’s mission.
  • Comfortable working across the spectrum from decision makers to front-line users or implementors with an understanding of the challenges our customers face.
  • Thrive on team development, helping members grow depth and breadth of skill, cultivating their passion, and enabling them to take on increasingly important roles.

  • Proven acumen of retention, churn, and growth metrics.
  • Able to prepare, present, and revise forecasts based on risk assessments.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent people management skills with the ability to lead collaboration across functions and teams.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce / Hubspot, Gainsight, and Microsoft Office.
  • 15 years' experience in educational leadership and team development, with a preference toward individuals with K-12 customer success / service or sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
  • Remote work with ability to travel 30-40% of the time.
  • Always willing to learn something new, not rigid in beliefs or expectations and share new learning or knowledge with others.
  • Have a demonstrated ability to understand, accept and engage with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • A sense of humor because we all need to laugh sometimes.
  • Legal right to work in the United States.
