Job Title : Fleet Administrator
Job Description
In this position, you will process dealer paperwork in compliance with customer service level agreements. Additionally, you will manage and update work orders in a 3rd party vendor system. MAIN FUNCTIONS :
- Process and manage customer invoices.
- Utilize SAP to monitor work orders.
- Maintain open communication between dealers and Home Depot through timely email responses.
- Address dealer inquiries on rentals, invoices, quotes, and IVR system difficulties.
- Collaborate with the Fleet Services team to resolve processing issues.
- Generate and provide routine (daily and monthly) communications using SAP and Excel.
- Distribute and maintain PM notifications for dealers.
- Respond to Home Depot and USPS Corporate requests.
- Load Work Orders in SAP for the billing department.
- Communicate with dealers who are not compliant with contracted agreements.

Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in COLUMBUS, Indiana and some days remote.
Work Environment
Manufacturing facility that makes forklifts and industrial lift equipment. This individual will work in an office setting.
8am-5pm. HYBRID : In office, Mon-Fri and WFH Thurs-Fri.
