Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, managing their travel needs from start to finish.

Coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and event tickets, based on client preferences and corporate policies.

Collaborate with various vendors, including airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and event organizers, to secure the best options and rates for corporate clients.

Utilize your strong organizational skills to create detailed travel itineraries, ensuring all reservations and bookings are accurate and well-documented.

Maintain open and effective communication with clients, providing timely updates, travel confirmations, and assistance during travel disruptions.

Stay informed about the latest travel trends, corporate travel policies, and vendor partnerships to provide expert guidance to clients.

Participate in comprehensive training provided by the company to enhance your corporate travel management skills.

Showcase adaptability and problem-solving abilities in addressing any challenges that arise during corporate travel arrangements.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless corporate travel experience.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA, Mexico, and Australia.

Possess a computer, smartphone, or tablet with reliable internet access to facilitate remote work tasks.

Strong organizational capabilities, multitasking skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset to build positive relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and team members.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for seamless interaction and coordination.

Self-discipline, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while meeting corporate travel needs and deadlines.

Familiarity with corporate travel policies and procedures is a plus, but not mandatory.
