Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Billing / Auditing Clerk.
- Position type : 6-month contract
- Location : Manlius, NY (fully remote after training)
- Job / Shift Hours : 7am-3 : 30pm or 7 : 30am-4pm or 8am-4 : 30pm
As a Receptionist, Billing & Auditing Clerk you will :
- Reception and Desk Responsibilities
- Answering and Directing Incoming Phone Calls
- Greeting Clients and Visitors
- Auditing & Processing of Carrier Invoices
- Strong Data Entry Skills
- Processing Invoices to Clients / Customers
- Processing Weekly Reports to Clients / Customers
- Reconciling Invoice Aging Reports
- Processing of Weekly Freight Payment Reports
The ideal candidate will have :
- Must possess good retention skills, handle change, work well under pressure and be organized.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Must have an associate’s degree or comparable work experience is required.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Excel
- Excellent communication skills

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :
Pay Range* : $20 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
