Job Description and Responsibilities
The Client Delivery Consultant will be responsible for the project support of the implementation and integration of new & existing clients, supporting the Sales Engineering and Implementation consultants whilst also externally supporting merchants and partners project implementation plans.
This will involve working with internal and external stakeholders to provide an optimal project integration experience with the CyberSource and Visa platforms.
The Client Delivery Services function is primarily a post-sales delivery role, and will require an ability to work closely with regional sales teams, internal operational teams, consultants and product teams to ensure success through support from the broader value added services team and line manager in decision making situations.
The role will be measured on successfully integrated clients.
The candidate will have a passion for project management excellence with a technical and solutions led mindset, customer advocacy, and will see this role as contributing to the functional evolution of our business.
- Management of the project lifecycle for client implementations including, Project planning and estimation, Client expectation and scope management, Communication and risk management and Project and activity status reporting via support from senior members of the team & line manager (where applicable)
- Accountable and responsible for the successful implementation, deployment & launch of net new clients launching with the CyberSource services that result in net new revenue of tier 2 & 3 clients.
- Support & drive tier 2-3 sized clients during the implementation & service delivery of the CyberSource products & services using industry standard methodologies (PRINCE2 or equivalent).
- Maintain current and working industry knowledge of the project management life cycle process, methodologies and best practices which should be used to ensure constant service evolution through critical path evaluation through self-enablement learning, retention of professional qualification (PRINCE2 or equivalent) with support from line manager
- Supporting the Client Delivery Manager with the continual evolution of the Client Delivery methodology (including processes) to ensure CyberSource delivers projects as effectively and efficiently as possible.
- Collaborating and supporting the lead consultant with the project lifecycle for client implementations including, Project planning and estimation, Client expectation and scope management, Communication and risk management and Project and activity status reporting.
- Provide regular reporting, insight & updates to the team, regional leadership on performance all open projects with respect to projects inflight, risks and issues, client launch dates etc.
- Work collaboratively cross functionally for the execution & deliver of projects & implementation plans involving multiple resources across the regional business
- Work in partnership with the Sales Engineering & Technical delivery streams to support presales and implementation delivery activity with a solutions led approach for the positioning of the Cybersource and Visa services during deal cycles and deployment projects.
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
- Demostrable experience working in Technology / SaaS / Payments / eCommerce based industry
- Strong solutions and project methodology acumen
- Strong client facing experiences and skills up to senior stakeholder level.
- Understanding the SaaS technology environment. Beneficial if within the eCommerce / payments landscape
- Ability to support multi-lingual needs across the PAN European region.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication skills & visualization skills ability to led with a solutions led storytelling approach
- Comfortable working in a digital enabled environment
- Ability to work independently and within a virtual environment
- Knowledge with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint project based software and business analytics.
- Strong Organizational & interpersonal skills
- Interest in technology and eCommerce industry
