Piper Companies is on the lookout for a Strategy Associate to join a thriving firm in the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina.
This role offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office presence three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
The ideal candidate will have a knack for navigating complex deals.
Key Responsibilities for the Strategy Associate Include :
- Explore new industries, conduct competitive analyses, and identify potential investment opportunities.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Create and refine financial models.
- Drive and manage various organizational initiatives.
Qualifications for the Strategy Associate Include :
- 2-6 years of strategic experience in finance, investment banking, or private equity.
- Proficiency in due diligence processes for assessing new investments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead significant projects from start to finish.
- Expertise in financial modeling.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required; a Master’s Degree is a plus.
Compensation for the Strategy Associate Include :
- Salary : $130,000 - $160,000 with a bonus and LTI plan.
