Position Overview :

Boncom is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Web Strategist to join our team. As a Senior Web Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital presence of our clients, driving their online success through strategic planning, innovative thinking, and data-driven insights.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive web strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and resonate with their target audiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive web strategies for clients, including website development, content strategy, SEO, and conversion optimization.
• Perform in-depth research to understand client objectives, target audiences, and market dynamics, and turn these insights into practical strategies.
• Work with creative teams to develop engaging, user-focused web designs and content that enhance brand engagement and conversions.
• Lead SEO efforts, such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building, to boost organic search rankings and traffic.
• Use web analytics tools to monitor performance, assess key metrics, and pinpoint improvement opportunities.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in web development, digital marketing, and user experience, integrating new insights into strategies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring junior staff and promoting a learning-oriented team environment

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, or related roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective web strategies.
• Deep understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), and web development processes, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and SEO tools (e.

g., SEMrush, Moz) to gather and interpret data insights.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving, able to think strategically and adapt quickly to changing priorities and client needs.
