Come join a growing Project Management team as a Project Assistant for a Wireless and IT company!
Hours : M-F 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM
Location : Irvine CA
Project Assistant will be supporting and handling everything from :
Permitting :
- Responsible for obtaining permits and collaborating with city and designers as needed with changes for approval.
- Make sure inspections are completed LAFD, LADBS
- Must have strong ability to track and monitor projects at certain stages, or what’s missing for the permits.
Ordering :
- Manage the ordering of materials derived from estimates given to customer to any changes and customizations that are added along the way
- Remain highly organized and ensure quotes are obtained, submitted for Purchase Order, then sent to accounting for payment
- Review deliveries, handling any replacements for damaged or incorrect items,
- Collaborate with delivery of materials to job site.
Submittals :
- Responsible for managing specs sheet for materials being installed most subs already built,
- Must be proficient with Blue Bean to understand and support Shop Drawing, take scope and highlight when necessary on plans
- Manage and track drawings, from original to prepping, tracking changes along the way, through to As-built drawing when complete.
Additional :
- Conduit mark-ups using Blue Beam
- RFIs (request for information) on changes from client, needs tracking
- Asset tracking in field for material and equipment.
- Must have be industry savvy with knowledge and terminology pertaining to IT and Building Safety
