The Consumer Finance Coordinator II primarily processes loan applications as part of the National Alternative Finance Program (NAFP) which services the Renewal by Andersen retail network. The work includes assessing the credit worthiness of applicants, entering applications into lenders' system, following up with customers by phone, text and / or email to communicate the status of their application, gathering up the appropriate documents to complete the loan, and ensuring loans are signed by customers in a timely manner. The documents or information is then sent to the lender to finish processing. To enable success, the process is managed by the consumer finance workflow system and the coordinator is supported by a consumer finance lead.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Handle routine, standard, repetitive administrative and reporting duties as assigned. Document current processes and recommend improvements.

Qualifications and Skills :
