Shift : 1st Shift 8 : 3 0am- 5 : 00pm Monday- Friday

Pay / Pay Range : $20.00 hrly

Summary :

Office position will have many responsibilities within the office environment by maintaining great Customer Service and Accounts Payable skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Customer Service :

• Provide account information to customers including but not limited to account balances, histories, order status, and pricing.
• Provide timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
• Build effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them about the products and services that are most appropriate for their situation.
• Research special products within product line to meet customer needs.
• Prepare reports and correspondence as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendor contacts to ensure customer orders are kept on track.

Accounts Payable :

• Voucher Vendor Invoicing
• Troubleshoot Invoice discrepancies.
• Tax Forms

SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

• Excellent customer service skills
• Acute attention to detail
• Strong sense of urgency when it comes to answering customer inquiries, complaints, and other requests .
• A competitive spirit and a drive to meet / exceed both company and individual goals .
• High School diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow .
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines .
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees .
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
• Strong interpersonal skills .
• PC proficiency , Microsoft Office skills required - especially Word and Excel .
• Strong organizational skills, good follow-up, quick to adapt to new tasks and have an exceptional work ethic .
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm .

Environmental Conditions :

Standard office environment contains furniture and equipment to conduct common business activities .
