- Compensation : Base salary of $250,000 for the 3-year agreement + the possibility of additional incentives based on work RVU.
- Benefits : - Bonuses include a sign-on of $25,000 and relocation of $20,000- Professional liability insurance (coverage of $1M / $5M - paid by Ali'i Health Center- 20 days of PTO, 3 sick days, and 10 paid holidays per year- Up to 10 days paid CME leave per year with up to $5,000 / reimbursement.
