This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Role Description : As a User Support Specialist , you must have at least 6+ years of experience.
Required Qualifications :
- Experience providing direct end-user support for the applications being supported, including both telephone support and on-site assistance to users.
- Certain applications may require certification by the software provider.
- Prior teaching / training experience involving computer applications, preferably database, imaging, or other automated litigation support applications strongly preferred.
- Must have hands-on familiarity with the network, telecommunications, and operating systems environment of the applications being supported.
- Prior experience in automated litigation supports preferred.
- Experience with client office automation environments is extremely helpful; should be an expert user of the Government's word processing, spreadsheet, and email systems.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills required.
- Pleasant telephone manner important.
- Undergraduate degree valued.
Education : Undergraduate / Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
Experience : Minimum 6+ years of experience
Travel : Expenses reimbursed 50-60% travel
Local Preferred : Yes
Note : Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
