We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our team and support our marketing and public relations efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and distributing effective communication that aligns with our brand voice and values.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about real estate and communications.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and distribute content for internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, and social media posts.
- Manage and update company website and social media channels with relevant and engaging content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns and promotional materials.
- Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and community engagement activities.
- Assist in crisis communication and reputation management strategies.
- Analyze and report on communication metrics to improve engagement and outreach.
Qualifications
Skills Required :
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and website CMS (e.g., WordPress).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Prior experience in communications, public relations, or related field preferred.
