REQUIRED :
- 5-10 years minimum experience as electromechanical technician in the medical device or automation industry
- AA or Journeyman degree or qualifications
- Experience with prototyping / device creation utilizing varied materials and methods.
- Experience with 3D printing including builds, processing, and maintenance.
- Experience with automation including builds, maintenance, modifications, testing, and integration (PLC, Sensors, Vision system)
- EHS experience includes audits, process drafting, good laboratory practices, and safety reviews.
- Working knowledge of CAD
- Expert knowledge of engineering drawings including mechanical and electrical (GD&T, ANSI, ISO)
- Expert knowledge of mechanical and electrical tools.
- Working knowledge of testing and validation including DOE, TMV, IQ, FAT, SAT
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Use of precision measuring tools, i.e., calipers, micrometer, depth gauge
- Solid knowledge of engineering principles, scientific analysis, and project management
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects across several locations.
