Welcome to the role of the Maintenance Technician at Beck’s! Our team is looking for someone who is ready to jump into this hands-on maintenance role in a dynamic work environment.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting and solving problems related to mechanical systems at all our Convenience Store and Car Wash locations.
With your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, you will ensure that all equipment is running optimally and that any issues are quickly and efficiently addressed.

What You Will Do :
- Perform maintenance for convenience store and car wash locations
- Inspect and test mechanical equipment to diagnose problems and determine need for repair.
- Repair, adjust, and maintain machinery, equipment, and systems.
- Install, replace, and repair worn and broken parts.
- Assemble and install new equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment for faults and malfunctions.
- Test and calibrate equipment to ensure proper performance.
- Monitor and document maintenance activities.
- Follow safety practices and comply with safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
- Oversee the installation of new equipment.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to other technicians.
What You Have :
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record - Required
- 2+ years of experience with basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Experience with HVAC - Preferred
What You’re Good At :
- Ability to operate tools and equipment safely and accurately
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly and effectively
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision
