Teller Supervisor
Great opportunity for an experienced Teller to take the next step in their banking career. This role will provide a leadership opportunity with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Must have experience as a bank teller in addition to experience meeting sales goals and quotas. The ideal candidate will also have some prior experience in a leadership capacity.
Duties of the Teller Supervisor
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Tellers
- Responsible for the training of new Tellers
- Handles the staffing and scheduling of staff for banking center
- Maintain cash audits of teller drawers and vault
- Provide a high level of customer service to clients in the banking center and solve any customer issues or concerns
Requirements of the Teller Supervisor
- Prior banking experience, including specifically Teller experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with meeting sales goals
- Previous experience in a leadership capacity
- Notary Public preferred
