Join a dynamic federal program team supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP). As a Senior Acquisition SME, you will lead and coordinate acquisition activities, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and supporting mission-critical projects from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a senior member of a program team, reporting to the contract support manager.
• Provide direct support to Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) assigned to program contracts.
• Lead obligation of program funds and oversee procurement package generation and submission.
• Develop and submit S1 Memo packages.
• Lead and coordinate evaluation of bids / proposals, contract awards, and closeouts.
• Submit and track program communication circuit requirements through installation.
• Lead execution of selected projects as identified by the program manager.
• Collaborate with outside agency project leaders to synchronize work with program goals and objectives.
• Prepare, track, and maintain status of all program acquisition efforts.
• Develop and analyze recommendations on program acquisition matters.
• Support development of annual program acquisition goals and objectives.
• Support program spend plan development, execution, and tracking.
• Support documentation development for acquisition planning and project management from mission analysis and requirements generation through design, development, production, and deployment.
