Job Title : Design Project Manager / Space Planner
6-month contract with the possibility of an extension

Job Description
The Space Planner’s primary focus is to provide tactical and strategic Space & Occupancy Planning expertise to manage the supply, capacity, and demand of an assigned global portfolio of space.
Key responsibilities include maintaining excellent working relationships with business and vendor partners, providing support for new hires, internal transfers, and terminations, maintaining spatial data system accuracy, validating monthly space and occupancy reports, coordinating with business leaders for seat updates, assisting in space analysis and programming, reviewing workplace guidelines, managing internal service requests, overseeing vendor-supported desk moves, communicating project details to stakeholders, coordinating furniture design and procurement, organizing data for client presentations, updating seat assignments, producing conceptual test fits, and overseeing tactical occupancy planning for specific geographic regions.
