Position Overview We are seeking an organized team player for our Employee Benefits Helpline, from mid-October through the end of November with some flexibility.

This individual will engage with customers via phone and email, listen carefully, and provide information, resources, and follow-up regarding eligibility, enrollment, and claims.

We need someone who is reliable, positive, well-organized, and can work well both independently and with our supportive and interactive team.

The ideal candidate will be customer focused, detail-oriented, and tech savvy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answer calls on our Benefits Helpline, identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions Follow up on questions via phone and email Document all communications Run reports to determine benefits eligibility, and use resources to research discrepancies Use MS Excel to track, update, and reconcile information Fluency in written and spoken English is required Qualifications One year or more call center experience managing inbound calls strongly preferred Experience with online enrollment, SAP, or HRIS Highly self-motivated with a great deal of personal initiative and drive Proven time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple interruptions Very organized and detail-oriented Ability to speak directly to clients in a manner that inspires confidence Experience collaborating within a team Exercise confidentiality and discretion;
