As a Senior Leader in Asset Management Technology at JP Morgan, you will lead strategic planning and execution for scalable machine learning infrastructure and products.
You will be responsible for leading a global team, partnering closely with our data science group and business to deliver end-to-end machine learning applications and data pipelines.
Job responsibilities Collaborate with the AM Data Science team, Cyber Security, and Global Technology teams to deliver state-of-the-art ML products.
Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for use of ML within Asset Management. Manage and support a global team of ML and MLOps engineers.
Engage with firm-wide AI / ML teams to shape future roadmaps that align with AM objectives. Build and operate highly sophisticated machine learning infrastructure.
Operate in a multi-cloud environment with a significant focus on AWS and Azure.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Degree in a computer science or related discipline.
Delivery focused with a proven track record of delivering complex software engineering products Proven experience in building and operating scalable ML-driven products.
Demonstrable experience in designing ML Systems and Architecture, including recommendation systems. Proficiency with cloud technologies, Kubernetes, Airflow.
Experience working in a highly regulated environment.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience with financial data sources, including alternative market data.
Understanding of Natural Language Processing technologies including recent advances in Large Language Models.
