Technical Support Analyst - Manufacturing
$35-40 per hour - Contract
Charlotte, NC - Onsite
I'm looking for Application & Technical Support Analysts in Charlotte / Concord to join a Lifesciences / Pharma Manufacturing organization as they look to grow their Manufacturing Systems & Applications team internally.
You will be responsible for providing tier-1 technical support and resolving issues for their internal Manufacturing Systems & Warehouse Applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams internally to ensure efficient resolution.
Required experience :
- Demonstrable experience providing technical support for systems or applications in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to effectively triage issues to find resolution or escalate them to the relevant team internally
- Issue management experience
These roles will be working onsite in their Charlotte factory location.
