LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking a Spanish and English speaking CSR for an opportunity with a client located in Fort Mill, SC.
Responsibilities :
Provide bilingual customer service, handling phone calls, emails, order processing, and special customer requests daily.
Resolve weekly credit card declines, order returns, bank disputes, and handle special projects at the direction of the CS Manager, with occasional receptionist duties and lunch coverage.
Attend quarterly business events, requiring travel, while maintaining effective working relationships with various teams inside and outside the organization, demonstrating self-motivation and excellent time management skills.
Experience and Skills :

CRM experience
Education :
Highschool Diploma or GED
Compensation : $17-$20 per hour + OT Opportunities
Schedule : Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (Fully Onsite)
Depending on the specific client, location, and role benefit may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
Available paid leave may include Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law;
and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
