Pay Range $35-$40 / hour
Job Summary :
The Contract Administrator (CA) serves as the company point of contact for assigned customers and suppliers. The CA works closely with Contracts Manager to accurately communicate customer and supplier requirements within organization to ensure a timely and efficient response.
Utilize existing processes and procedures in the execution of tasks. Assist Organization with special projects, reporting, and other assigned tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Enters customer purchase order or purchase order changes (including forecast data, planning schedules) in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.
Accurate and efficient data entry into MRP system is a key element of the position.
- Receive and coordinate customer inquiries within the organization to support customer need date.
- Reconciliation of customer order reports to MRP data and resolution of discrepancies with Customer.
- Assist in maintenance of accurate historical records of appropriate items using appropriate established process and systems.
CIR, Pricing Quotes, Contract negotiations, etc)
- Assist other organizations as required to support customer requirements.
- Communicate directly with customers.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines established by the Company, including proper use of safety equipment and relevant safety procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience :
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or related experience and / or training.
- Customer service, procurement or production control experience within Aerospace manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. MRP / ERP system knowledge.
- Problem solving, customer satisfaction focus.
- Prioritize and execute multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English; written and verbal.
- Ability to operate independently and in a team environment.
This offer is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug screening. The drug screening is a 10 panel less THC, so THC is not tested for.
