Due to continued growth, we are in need of a Senior HR Workday Advanced Compensation Analyst.
The Senior HR Workday Advanced Compensation Analyst is responsible for the configuration, implementation and support of the advanced compensation module in Workday, with the goal of providing excellent system reliability, performance, availability and overall system optimization.
The incumbent will be responsible for working with the HR, Compensation, and Payroll teams to support continuous improvement including supporting the bi-annual releases of the Workday system.
