Location : On-Site in Bedford, MA
This Role :
As a Supervisor in Cash Management at LogixHealth, you will supervise staff and partners, providing back-up for management.
You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to perform all cash posting procedures and ensure accurate documentation of patient payments and refunds.
The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and third-party billing experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the cash flow / workload for staff
- Directly manage Cash Posting, Reconciliation and Cash Analyst staff
- Assist in training of new hires
- Oversee all staff, including partner staff

Required :
- Third-party medical billing experience
- Ability to communicate with staff, clients, partner staff and management
- Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred :
- Minimum one year cash posting experience
- Prior supervisory experience
