Soccer Shots Northern Indiana / Fort Wayne / Northwest Indiana is a fast-growing, intro-to-soccer program offered throughout the greater upper Indiana area.
Through relationships established with private childcare centers in addition to public "park" programs, SS NI / FW / NWI is currently serving over 7,500 children between the ages of 2 and 8 years old each year.

Position Objective : To manage the successful execution of each Soccer Shots season through effective scheduling, marketing, and communication so that our vision of positively impacting children is achieved.
Position Description :
The Program Director is a motivated individual who is highly organized, detailed, and passionate about our mission. S / he is a master at project management and is able to handle many tasks simultaneously.
S / he is also eager to grow enrollment and take initiative to increase brand awareness.
The Program Director serves the team in the following ways :
Customer Service
- Communicates daily with parents, school directors, and park contacts
- Responds to incoming emails, phone communications, and support tickets
- Updates and schedules all outgoing program communications including but not limited to : Session Summaries, Welcome Emails, Cancelation Emails, Order Confirmations, etc.
- Executes monthly check-ins with directors at school partner locations
- Replies to all NPS and midseason check-in responses
- Writes and delivers Thank You’s / gifts to partner sites (school and public programs)
Program Execution
- Plans, schedules, and executes all program seasons including regular FFD’s, all plays, and camps
- Identifies and secures new park and school programs
- Prepares and distributes regular season enrollment and marketing materials
- Keeps the Soccer Shots registration system / website and online calendar up to date
- Orchestrates First Week / Season Launches
Other Duties
- Collaborates with fellow Soccer Shots employees regarding improvement of program quality
- Assists the Director of Coaching
- Training and evaluation of coaches
- Executing Demos / Free Fun Days
- The Program Director will also coach 5-10 sessions per week in season, and serve as primary sub as needed.
Compensation :
- $30,000-$45,000
- Monthly gas reimbursement stipend
- Growth Bonus structure for hitting enrollment goals and commission incentives for adding new partners
