Ridgewood Senior Living is expanding, and we’re looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Sales Director to join our Sales team, and grow our community! If you have a background in senior living, healthcare, or home health sales and are passionate about connecting with families and residents, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do :
Drive Sales Success : Lead external and internal sales efforts, implementing creative sales plans, maintaining high occupancy, and building strong referral networks.
Be the Face of Ridgewood : Provide tours, follow up with prospective residents, and support the move-in process with warmth and expertise.
Build Relationships : Collaborate with healthcare providers, develop referral partnerships, and create meaningful, empathy-driven connections with families.
Innovate & Inspire : Organize events and lead community outreach to engage the local area, reaching out to new families in need of senior living options.

Passionate about serving seniors and their families
Skilled in relationship-building and networking
Creative thinker who enjoys planning events and outreach
Experienced in CRM tools and organized with a knack for problem-solving
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
Minimum two (2) year experience in Sales, Geriatrics, and / or other related background with a proven successful sales record
Must have positive Criminal Background Screening
Must possess a valid drivers license and acceptable DMV record
