Performing General PhysicalActivities : Responds to calls and takesappropriate action to assist in emergencies. Searches for andapprehends missing or unauthorized individuals.
Performing for orWorking Directly with the Public : Controls entrance and exit ofindividuals by checking for identity purpose of visit andauthorization.
Escorts individuals to ensure their safety. Documenting / RecordingInformation : Prepares and maintains recordssuch as incident reports vehicle citations logs of visitors andothers and personal property reports.
Communicating withSupervisors Peers or Subordinates : Provides information tosupervisor by telephone in written form email or in person toadvise of any security concerns.
Communicating with Persons Outside Organization : Communicates with law enforcement agencies to report incidentsprovide information and / or request assistance.
Monitor ProcessesMaterials or Surroundings : Patrols facilities monitors alarms andutilizes audiovisual and security systems (e.
g. TV monitors) tocheck for security hazards disturbances and violations of pertinentlaws rules or regulations. Visually monitors individuals to ensuresafety and compliance with policies rules and regulations.
Operating Vehicles Mechanized Devices or Equipment : Operates patroland transport vehicles to complete security patrols or transportvaluables and individuals.
