Why You Will Love this Job :

Location : Hybrid (2-3 days in office) in Glendale, WI

We are seeking a Total Rewards and Leave Specialist to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing US benefits and leave programming , while supporting ad hoc compensation and HR systems project work.

Specific Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary contact for leave-related inquiries and coordinate with third-party administrators.
• Track and lead continuous improvement of leave balances, eligibility, and return to work processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local leave laws and maintain accurate documentation.
• Design and implement compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Support weekly benefits related payroll items, such as benefits deduction reconciliation .
• Support annual benefits enrollment process and vendor coordination - sometimes supporting non-us benefits enrollment needs as well
• Support job architecture development, implementation, and maintenance.

Support US benefits and leave programming , with ad hoc support for compensation and HR systems.

Requirements :

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The Salary range for this position is $63,100.00-$79,500.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
