What You Will Contribute :

As a Senior Compensation Analyst , you’ll play a key role in designing and maintaining compensation programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on data, strategy, and making compensation meaningful.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Compensation Analysis : Evaluate internal pay equity, market competitiveness, and performance-based compensation strategies.
• Support Pay Programs : Administer annual merit, bonus, and incentive programs with precision and insight.
• Benchmarking & Market Research : Conduct salary surveys and analyze market data to guide compensation decisions.
• Partner with HR & Leadership : Provide consultative support on job evaluations, salary structures, and compensation planning.
• Ensure Compliance : Maintain alignment with legal requirements and internal policies, including pay transparency and equity standards.
• Drive Process Improvements : Identify opportunities to streamline compensation workflows and enhance data accuracy.
