Junior Retail Ambassador - Energy

Responsibilities : As a Junior Retail Ambassador, your daily tasks will include :

• Engaging with customers in retail settings to uphold brand image and boost sales.
• Utilizing sales techniques and product knowledge to effectively convey key messages and features.
• Assisting customers with inquiries, offering product information, and facilitating sales transactions.
• Delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations to highlight product value.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to meet or surpass sales objectives and revenue targets.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization on the sales floor to optimize the customer experience.
• Soliciting customer feedback and conveying it to relevant teams for ongoing enhancement.

Additional Responsibilities :

• Actively participating in sales training sessions to refine product knowledge and sales skills.
• Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and strategic adjustments.
• Contributing ideas and support for marketing campaigns and brand promotional activities.
• Coordinating and assisting in special events, including product launches and brand activations.
• Providing exemplary customer service to cultivate enduring customer relationships.

Qualifications :

• While previous sales, customer service, or retail experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging customers.
• Show enthusiasm for learning and mastering sales methodologies and product details.
• Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in business or marketing is advantageous.
