Responsibilities

Client Support : Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses to their requests.

Policy Guidance : Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies, explaining benefits, and clarifying any doubts they may have.

Problem Resolution : Efficiently resolve client issues and complaints by coordinating with other departments to ensure satisfaction.

Data Entry : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update information in our CRM system. Continuous Improvement : Proactively seek feedback from clients to enhance service quality and improve processes.

Requirement

Licensing : A valid insurance license in Minnesota is required.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial.

Customer Service Experience : Prior experience in customer service, especially in the insurance industry, is preferred.

Problem-Solving Skills : Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Team Player : Must demonstrate a collaborative spirit and the ability to work well within a team.

Adaptability : Willingness to adapt to changing needs and responsibilities in a hybrid work environment.
