Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Role

Location : Branford, CT 06405

Work Schedule : Monday–Friday, alternating shifts :

8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM & 9 : 00 AM–6 : 00 PM

Worksite : On-site only, no travel between locations or home visits

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to support our care team in Branford, CT. This role involves direct patient care, documentation, and communication within a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide and document nursing care in accordance with established standards and practices.

Act as a liaison between patients, providers, and staff to ensure coordinated care.

Accurately document all patient interactions and clinical activities in EPIC.

Educate patients and parents about illnesses, injuries, and self-management strategies.

Maintain a professional and empathetic approach to patient care.

Required Qualifications

Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of Connecticut.

Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing.

At least 1 year of experience in a hospital or medical office setting.

Proficiency in using EPIC or similar electronic health record systems.
