As Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Issues Management Associate, in Business Banking, you will be responsible for facilitating the execution of the Issues and Action Plans for the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Organization.
In this role, you will be the Liaison with the Controls Management Organization and will ensure effective implementation of priority issues related projects and programs.
The role will require a strategic view of the business operating model as well as an understanding of what is required to manage and mitigate risks and controls.
Job Responsibilities :
- Facilitate the execution of the Issues and Action Plans for the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Organization
- Liaison with Controls Management Organization
- Partner effectively with colleagues across the firm (. business, operations management, legal, compliance, risk, audit, regulators and technology) to drive consistent and rigorous operational risk practices
- Assist team reduce customer impacts, financial loss, regulatory exposure, and reputational risk
- Lead by example, with exemplary personal and professional attributes. Inspire confidence in all levels of staff as well as key partners from other functional areas and across all lines of business
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years’ of financial services experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, risk management, or compliance
- Demonstrate confident leadership and sound judgment to influence a strong culture and risk management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to develop compelling and meaningful executive presentations to drive opportunities and recommendations for improvement
